Storeducks Privacy Policy

Effective Date: October 5, 2026 Last Updated: October 5, 2026 Version: v1

This Privacy Policy explains how Storeducks Inc., a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business in San Jose, California ("Storeducks," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and discloses personal information when you use the website located at www.storeducks.com and any related features, content, communications, and services (collectively, the "Service"). Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Storeducks Terms of Use and the Storeducks Seller Terms.

Storeducks does not sell products or process purchases. When you click through to a Seller's website to buy something, that Seller's own privacy policy applies to the information you give the Seller.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Give Us.

(a) Account information, such as your name, email address, and the identifiers provided by the login method you choose. (b) Seller information, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, website and social media links, and the product information, images, and descriptions you submit or upload. (c) Billing information for Sellers who pay Fees, such as billing contact name, business name, email address, billing address, invoices, and payment history. If you pay an invoice in a way that sends payment details to us directly (for example, by check or bank transfer), we receive the details shown on that payment, such as the account holder's name and bank or check information. If you pay through a third-party payment or invoicing provider, that provider handles your payment details under its own privacy policy, and we do not receive or store your full payment card number. (d) Communications, such as emails you send us, reports about Sellers or listings, and copyright or trademark notices. (e) User Content and feedback you submit, if the Service offers those features.

1.2 Information from Other Sources.

(a) Login providers. If you sign in with a third-party login, we receive information that provider shares with us based on your settings with that provider, such as your name, email address, and profile picture. (b) Sellers' Designated Channels. With a Seller's permission under the Seller Terms, we copy product images, descriptions, and related information from the Seller's websites and social media accounts. This may include the Seller's name, business name, and social media handles. (c) Service providers, such as our login and billing providers, which may give us information needed to provide their services to us (for example, confirmation that an invoice was paid).

1.3 Information Collected Automatically. When you use the Service, we automatically collect information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages you view, links you click (including outbound links to Sellers' websites), the website that referred you, and the dates and times of your visits. We may infer your approximate location (such as city or region) from your IP address. We collect this information through our server logs and outbound-link redirects, not through cookies. We do not use third-party analytics providers; this information is collected by us, and processed by our hosting and infrastructure providers only on our behalf. Cookies are described in Section 4.

2. How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

(a) provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including your account and login; (b) review Seller applications and create, curate, and display listings; (c) promote Sellers' listings and the Service, including on our social media accounts; (d) measure traffic, including clicks on outbound links, and share traffic reports with Sellers; (e) bill Sellers who pay Fees and keep business and tax records; (f) send service messages, such as account notices and changes to our terms; (g) send marketing emails, which you can opt out of at any time; (h) respond to questions, reports, and complaints, including copyright and trademark notices; (i) protect the Service, our users, and Sellers, including by detecting and preventing fraud, abuse, and security incidents; (j) improve the Service and develop new features; and (k) comply with law and enforce the Terms of Use and Seller Terms.

3. How We Disclose Information

3.1 Public Listing Information. Listings are public. Information a Seller provides or authorizes for a listing, such as business name, product details, images, website links, and social media handles, is shown on the Service and may be posted on our social media accounts.

3.2 Sellers. When you click an outbound link, you leave the Service and go to the Seller's website, which receives the information your browser normally sends, such as your IP address and the fact that you came from Storeducks. Outbound links may include referral parameters that identify Storeducks as the source. These parameters do not include any information identifying the individual visitor. We may share aggregated traffic reports with Sellers that do not identify individual visitors.

3.3 Service Providers. We share information with companies that perform services for us, such as website hosting, email delivery, login, customer support, and billing. They may use the information only to provide services to us.

3.4 Copyright and Legal Notices. If you send a copyright notice or counter-notice, we may share it, including your contact information, with the person whose content is the subject of the notice, as the DMCA process contemplates.

3.5 Legal and Safety Reasons. We may disclose information if we believe in good faith it is necessary to comply with law or legal process, respond to government requests, enforce our terms, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Storeducks, our users, Sellers, or the public.

3.6 Business Transfers. If Storeducks is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy or a policy at least as protective.

3.7 With Your Consent. We may share information for other purposes with your consent.

3.8 No Sale of Personal Information. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.

4. Cookies and Tracking

4.1 Essential Cookies Only. We use only cookies that are strictly necessary to operate the Service: to sign you in, keep you signed in, and protect the sign-in process from fraud. We do not use advertising, analytics, or other non-essential cookies, and we do not use third-party analytics services.

4.2 Third-Party Tracking. We do not allow third parties to collect personal information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use the Service, except that third-party sign-in providers receive information as described in Section 4.5.

4.3 Do Not Track. Some browsers send "Do Not Track" signals. Because we do not track you across websites, the Service does not change its behavior in response to these signals.

4.4 Your Choices. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can browse the Service without cookies, but you will not be able to sign in.

4.5 Sign-In Providers. If you choose to sign in with a third-party login, such as Google, you are taken to that provider's website to sign in, where the provider's own cookies and privacy policy apply. The provider knows you used it to sign in to Storeducks and shares with us the information described in Section 1.2(a).

5. Your Choices and Rights

5.1 Account and Seller Information. You can review and request changes to your account or Seller information by emailing getintouch@storeducks.com. Sellers can request removal of listings and Seller Content as described in Section 4.5 of the Seller Terms.

5.2 Marketing Emails and Text Messages. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email. We may still send service messages, such as account and legal notices. We do not send text messages unless you separately agree to receive them.

5.3 Access, Correction, and Deletion. You may ask us to tell you what personal information we have about you, correct it, or delete it by emailing getintouch@storeducks.com. We will respond as required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we may keep information where the law allows or requires, such as billing records or information needed to resolve disputes.

5.4 State Privacy Rights. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under your state's law. We will honor those rights as required by the law that applies to Storeducks. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

6. Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. In general, we keep account information while your account is open and for a reasonable period after it closes; Seller billing records for as long as needed for tax, accounting, and legal purposes; and copies in backups until they are overwritten in the normal course. After a Seller's listings are removed, Seller Content is handled as described in Section 4.5 of the Seller Terms.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of your information.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. You must be at least 18 to create an account. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, contact us at getintouch@storeducks.com.

9. Third-Party Websites and Services

The Service links to Sellers' websites, social media platforms, and other third-party services, and you may sign in using a third-party login. Those third parties have their own privacy practices, and this Privacy Policy does not cover them. Please review their privacy policies before providing them information.

10. Where We Process Information

Storeducks is based in the United States, and the Service is intended for users in the United States. Information is processed in the United States and may also be processed in other countries where our service providers, such as our hosting, email, and sign-in providers, operate.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on the Service and change the "Last Updated" date. For material changes, we will also notify account holders by email or through the Service before the changes take effect. Changes apply to information collected after the effective date unless we tell you otherwise or obtain your consent where required by law.
